  • Custom Products: Many of our tents and event items are custom-made. Please confirm all order details (size, frame, walls, logo files, etc.) before placing an order to ensure the product meets your specifications.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is detected, including suspected violations of our policy.

3. Pricing & Payment
