🟢 Answer: Prices start from $299 for a full set (frame + printed canopy). Exact cost depends on size, frame material,printing coverage and country — request a free quote in minutes.
🎨 3. Can you help with the design?
🟢 Answer: Yes — we offer free design service. Send us your logo or idea, and our designer will make a mockup for approval before production.
🖨️ 4. What printing method do you use? Will colors fade?
🟢 Answer: We use sublimation, UV printing and silkscreen printing, ensuring vibrant, UV-resistant colors that stay bright even under the sun.
⏱️ 5. How long does it take to produce and deliver?
🟢 Answer: Production is usually 7-10 business days after you approve the design. We offer free sea freight and express air shipping with full tracking.
🌍 6. Do you ship internationally and handle customs?
🟢 Answer: Yes — we ship to over 100+ countries and can offer DDP service (duties prepaid) for hassle-free customs clearance.

🔧 1. What is the warranty period?
🟢 Answer: All frames include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Canopies and walls are made for repeated outdoor use and pass strict QC inspection before shipping.
📦 2. What if a part arrives damaged or missing?
🟢 Answer: Contact us within 7 days with photos — we will ship replacement parts free of charge as quickly as possible.
⏱️ 3. How fast do you respond to support requests?
🟢 Answer: Our support team replies within 12 hours on business days, ensuring you get quick solutions for any issue.
🔄 4. Can I return a custom tent?
🟢 Answer: Sorry, custom tents cannot be returned.
If there is a quality issue, we will remake or replace it for free.
💰 5. Who pays for shipping if there’s a quality issue?
🟢 Answer: We will replace the damaged parts for free, no need to return the entire tent.
All replacement and shipping costs are fully covered by us.
📦 6. What happens if my package is lost in transit?
🟢 Answer: We’ll work with the carrier to trace it, and if confirmed lost, we’ll remake and reship your order at no extra cost.
