After-Sale Questions

🟢 Answer: All frames include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Canopies and walls are made for repeated outdoor use and pass strict QC inspection before shipping.
🟢 Answer: Contact us within 7 days with photos — we will ship replacement parts free of charge as quickly as possible.
🟢 Answer: Our support team replies within 12 hours on business days, ensuring you get quick solutions for any issue.
🟢 Answer: Sorry, custom tents cannot be returned. If there is a quality issue, we will remake or replace it for free.
🟢 Answer: We will replace the damaged parts for free, no need to return the entire tent. All replacement and shipping costs are fully covered by us.
