1. Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Processed within 3–7 business days after payment and artwork confirmation.
• Custom-Printed Tents: May require additional production time (7–12 business days) depending on order size and printing complexity.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

💰 Sea Shipping Discount: $100 off per unit, applied directly to the product price. Ideal for non-urgent bulk orders.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• United States: Air shipments include taxes (DDP).
• Other Countries: For shipments to the other listed countries, taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Buyers are required to cooperate with local customs if additional documentation is needed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your Pyrasun account to view the latest shipping updates.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos.
• Missing or damaged accessories will be replaced free of charge.
• Lost packages will be handled in coordination with the carrier, with reshipment when applicable.
